An explosion of pastel and vibrant colours hit the runway. Designer Marios Messios unveiled his Spring/Summer 2014 design with a perennial wide legged classic playsuit with translucent fabrics in tones of neutral beige and side appliques of silk in baby pink that contrasted well with the models androgynous hair up to.  A full scale of charm and sophistication merged together by our islands’ fellow fashion gentleman’ Marios Messios.[fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

Designer Elena Pavlou also contributed to the soft appeal of things with soft greys and patel sky blues. Waterfall and draped deconstructed silhouettes, asymmetric tailoring, as well as a great mix of fabrics. A minimalist and relaxed fusion by Elena Pavlou.

Earthy hues of tuscany orange on tailored crop top and plunge wide legged trousers by RIGES of designer Elena Philippou. Perfect for a fresh light and airy and look as well as a must have for your travelling wardrobe for the ultimateу 90’s safari look across the Savannah or enjoying cocktails with your girlfriends whilst the sunset’s about to commence. It safe to say that Elena Philippou’s mission to portray this was officially complete in the best possible way not only does our mind travel with this look but it will also give us an excuse to book our next holiday sooner than we think.

In contrast to the soft subtle shades designer Fani Xenophontos took to her collection a bright and colourful approach  on sheer fabrics once again with her pink polka dotted and vibrant shade of lava red maxi A line skirt matched with a white billowing sleeved blouse. A delightful arrangement of girly, coy shapes. Another motif to the desirable items for our summer’s shopping list for a feel good’ day wearing Fani Xenophontos’ s designs.

South America and Southern Europe elements of the Mediterranean came to the spotlight in modern trends by Polyxeni Pazarou with high-waisted fishtail maxi coral skirt using slim fitting cotton materials that complimented the Eco look with the grassy green crop top with small rose buds embroidered on matching the coral maxi fishtail skirt. This outfit will certainly give you a helping hand when searching for your next dancing partner on an evening pact with dance and plenty of champagne.

A bright and sunny Mediterranean essence also came into the picture with FOSCHINI by Georgia a creation in bright canary yellow A symmetrical dress wrapped around with a swirly fun and frilly layered black and white polka dot printed train. An innovative creation that assisted well to the cool collaboration with the model holding a bird cage that had the sweet little yellow bird clinging on inside it as she walked down the runway.

A dreamy atmosphere entered the room with a gorgeous fish tale gown showcased to us BY SANDY of Santi Antoniou, one of the most romantic collections of the evening you were tempted to fall in love all over again, with this midnight fairy tale dress flawlessly put together by Sandy Antoniou . If the great Grace Kelly were alive today no doubt would she be dying to wear this today including moi to. Wonderfully jeweled in rows at the back and to the tips of the sleeves with white pearls that added even more femininity and romance. We are forever bestowed to the graceful vintage inspired look that never fails.

After the falling in love process we most certainly couldn’t do with out the bridal display by Stalo Theodorou. A ‘V’ neck A line bridal gown impeccably sugared in almond shades in hues of nude  with embroidered delicate lace details. Pure bridal bliss oozed out even further with the intricate lace head piece enhancing the epitome of utter romance.
