So today I have a complete day off ! So I decided to take some time to myself relax and pamper .I took a nice warm milk bath and did a chocolate facial mask ! So am going to share the chocolate mask recipe with you and its very easy to make . Chocolate ( dark not milk ) is rich in antioxidants chocolate helps reverse the signs of ageing. It moisturises your skin tightens and maintains our collagen plus its smells yummy and the smell relaxes and reliefs stress !<\/p>\n

Take dark chocolate of 70%-90% warm up the chocolate till it becomes liquid be care full not to burn it chocolate melts at body temperature ! Then add a teaspoon of either olive oil or coconut oil and mix\u00a0.Apply relax and enjoy\u00a0 leave on for 15-20 mins<\/p>\n
