2GIS releases application for visitors to Sochi<\/b><\/h3>\n

2GIS has released a special mobile application for tourists who are coming to Sochi this winter. 2GIS Sochi will help them find sports facilities, access any place in the city and choose an establishment to visit.<\/p>\n

The application for iOS and Android devices is available in Russian and English. After installation, it does not require an Internet connection \u2014 the interactive 3D map and the business listings work offline.<\/p>\n

2GIS Sochi is an adapted version of the full application that includes a detailed city map and business listings.<\/p>\n

The application was developed with the peculiarities of Sochi in mind. From the main screen, you can select any stadium or go to the most popular location categories. The application allows you to search and map a route not only for sites in Sochi, but also in the nearby settlements: Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, Tuapse, etc.<\/p>\n

The service, which does not require an Internet connection, will help you find any organization in the city, displaying its contact particulars, its location on the map, its hours of operation and how to reach it. For example, sports fans can easily choose a place to have a meal in between sporting competitions. 2GIS Sochi also includes detailed information about restaurants and cafes: the type of cuisine, average bill, photos and customer reviews and types of payments (e.g., bank cards) accepted.<\/p>\n
