There are many reasons why people are fond of this city &#8211; busy and energetic atmosphere, coastal promenades, career opportunities, as well as many varieties of leisure and entertainment, such as restaurants with multinational cuisines, bars, nightclubs and so much more.<\/p>\n<p>The huge advantage of luxury lifestyle in Limassol is not only about having apartments with a sea view and a feeling of fresh breeze, or being close to the \u201cmodern heart\u201d of old town. This benefit is about a possibility to park your yacht or boat right next to your house door! I find this chance simply amazing for those who have passion and desire to sail and move around by sea!<\/p>\n<p>Architecture is created in a charming Mediterranean style, and personally I consider it being a perfect match for this type of a lifestyle \u2013 relaxing and comfortable. You can start your day with a morning jogging in quite place next to the sea, then go to a SPA center in a walking distance from your house. Even if you don\u2019t have your own yacht, you can take one for rent. I really enjoyed the time when my friends and I had taken a yacht and went swimming in clear sea water, having our drinks and making stops in beautiful places to sunbathe and dive.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/chiling-on-the-boat-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19378 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/chiling-on-the-boat-2.jpg\" alt=\"boat\" width=\"767\" height=\"511\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/chiling-on-the-boat-2.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/chiling-on-the-boat-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 767px) 100vw, 767px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This kind of sea inspired life is popular in the South of France and other southern countries, and now finally we have the opportunity to enjoy it in Limassol, Cyprus! Hopefully, something similar will appear in Paphos in the nearest future too, as there have been discussions regarding this matter for quite some time already. However, we are ready to wait, because no doubts it will be fantastic to have such a place in our city!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0368-kopie.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-19380 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0368-kopie-1000x750.jpg\" alt=\"yacht\" width=\"669\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0368-kopie-1000x750.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0368-kopie-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.moiostrov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_0368-kopie.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 669px) 100vw, 669px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Limassol Marina is full of nice venues for a tasty lunch and a delicious dinner. Strongly recommended! Go for a coffee, snack or aperitif during the day. If you are planning a big party \u2013 then your destination is a Limassol tourist area or \u201cnew\u201d old town. Marina also offers a great shopping experience with a wonderful selection of fashionable boutiques. However, when I am there I\u2019m usually not in a shopping mood.<\/p>\n<p>Elegant and contemporary residences with private berths will be finished in the nearest future, although quite a few are already completed and, as I was informed, successfully sold.
