Our BROs joined forces in partnership with Universal Life and 4i
On the 21st of February BrainRocket has announced that on 16th and 17th of this month the company has organised blood donations to support a crucial cause in the community. This was done in collaboration with Universal Life and 4i, the company’s medical insurance partners.
Each year, millions of people are in need of blood frequently. So we are thrilled to have had this opportunity to save lives via our company’s efforts. 88 of our employees were approved by the doctor to participate in donating blood and contribute to this excellent cause, and as a result, the company collected a spectacular 39.6 litres of O+ blood.
This is a very important cause to BrainRocket, so much so that it is held two times a year, where employees have the opportunity to donate blood.
BrainRocket’s Marina Vasileiou, Wellbeing & CSR Manager had this to say: “Our BrainRocket team came together in a spectacular way, in order to give back to the community, via the causes that mean most to us. Blood donation has certainly been on our priority list and we are pleased to be contributing in this manner.”
