Government grants of €2700 are available to special categories of vulnerable persons and single parent families!

Description of the System

3d home

Since the summer of 2013 households which install photovoltaic (pv) systems are eligible to directly consume the generated power (total capacity up to 3kW). This new net metering technology refers to an ordinary installation on a roof – either tiled or flat- simply substituting the existing meter of the house with the net metering one. The household’s basic electricity needs can be met through the PV’s generated power. In the case that a household requires more electricity than that generated from the PV, the consumer can purchase the additional needed kilowatt-hours from the Electricity Authority. If however, a household has less electricity needs, the consumer can then utilize the surplus electricity generated from the PV over the following two month billing period.

The transfer of surplus is only valid within the current year.

Solar Pumping Systems and Recycling of pool water

The Solar Water Pumping Systems and Water Recycling Pool Systems have proven to be economically efficient with a 100% energy saving and exemption from the current electricity network. For the supply and installation of these systems, Conercon Energy Solutions collaborates with solar pumps’ leading manufacturer Lorentz, through authorized distributors.

The system

  • Connects directly to all photovoltaic systems
  • Does not require conventional fuel
  • Does not require constant maintenance
  • Has a wide range of applications for private use
  • Offers recycling of pool water & water pumping from drilling
  • Capable of filling large water tanks suitable for agricultural use33

Description

A pump that works with DC current is installed in the existing utility area of the pool or in the area where water is pumped from a well. The PV system is installed in a suitable area close to the pool and then connected to the pump by DC cable. As long as there is sunlight, the pump circulates the pool water or draws water from drilling, filling the water storage tanks for later use.
