The 12th OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO, which will take place on the 17th and 18th of March 2018, is the largest sports event in Cyprus featuring six races and four parallel events and it includes a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km City, 5km Corporate, and 1km Kids race.
This year 15,000 runners are expected to participate along the Mediterranean coastline of Limassol.

OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO is organized by the international federations, IAAF and AIMS, and this year, the number of participations seems to be even larger. The organizers are expecting a vast increase in the number of foreign runners to reach 3,000 from 60 different countries, in comparison to the 1,500 that participated last year.
